This course offers a comprehensive, personalized program to help sensitive people develop healthy coping mechanisms in our high-stimulus world—while fully embracing our gifts of intuition, creativity, and spiritual connection.
It’s a tremendous gift to be an empath and HSP (highly sensitive person)—but if you haven’t mastered to regulate your gifts and set strong boundaries, the energy and overwhelm you absorb from others and the environment can lead to depression, anxiety, addiction, and other health concerns.
As an HSP, empath, and neurodivergent myself, as well as a coach and meditation teacher to this population for years, I’ve developed many effective strategies to deal with the inherent challenges of exceptional sensitivity. For us to thrive, we need these strategies to avoid sensory overload or burn out.
